The Dubai-based AI-driven and fully automated provider of logistics solutions, IQ Robotics signed an agreement on Monday with Brands for Less Group (BFL) to expand their partnership and boost the group’s technical capabilities.
The multi-million-dollar agreement aims to support BFL’s expansion over international markets, with 156 IQ robots set to be deployed to the group’s facility in JAFZA, marking the second collaboration between the two companies.
A new chapter
“We are proud of our partnership with BFL Group and look forward to this exciting new chapter that will enable the group’s international growth across the GCC, specifically into Saudi Arabia, and aligns with our vision to help transform our partners while consolidating Dubai’s global position,” IQ Robotics CEO, Fadi Amoudi said, adding that “we thank BFL Group for its continued trust in IQ Robotics as its transformation partner towards redefining boundaries in the supply chain and logistics industries by offering fully automated solutions powered by robotics and AI.”
On his part, the co-founder and CEO of BFL Group, Toufic Kreidieh said “we are proud to announce our re-collaboration with IQ Robotics, a partnership through which we will transform our Central Fulfillment Centre into a robot-operated sorting facility. By transforming into a robotic automated warehouse, we aim to decrease our downtime and lower our shift patterns outside normal work hours, allowing us to build a more productive and efficient workflow.”
Kreidieh highlighted that the transformation will offer customers a “consistent high-quality service,” with enhanced customer service experience and improved delivery operations of new arrivals.
Transforming the industry
